Delivery & Returns Policy

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Delivery

Collect in store for free!

UK Standard Delivery – £4 (FREE on orders over £100)

Europe – £8
Rest of the World – £10

We will only charge you postage once per order, no matter how many parcels we send to you.

Parcels are sent via Royal Mail on a second class signed for service.

Collect in store for free! 

We will email you to confirm your order has been despatched. For UK orders, you will find a Royal Mail tracking number in the email. You can use this to track your order using the Royal Mail’s tracking service. International orders do not have a tracking number

Please allow 5 working days from despatch for Standard Delivery orders to arrive. If you have not received your parcel after this time, please call me on +44 207 701 5805 or email kerry@thelingeriebox.co.uk so I can investigate this for you.

Orders to Europe should arrive within 7-10 working days from when the parcel is posted. Orders being posted to addresses outside of Europe generally take 10-14 days to arrive.

Returns

Refunds will only be honoured if unwanted item/s are returned within 14 days of receiving them and items are returned in re-sellable condition: unworn, unwashed and with all labels and tags still intact. Items must be tried on over your own underwear for hygiene reasons.

Postage fees are non-refundable.

Return to store – Please return the unwanted item(s) directly to store for an immediate refund.

Return by post – Enclose the Packing Note/Returns Slip with the unwanted item(s). All returns should be addressed to Lingerie Box, 88b East Street, London SE17 2DQ. Take your parcel to the Post Office and you will be given a postage receipt, make sure you keep this safe until you’ve received your refund as this is your proof of return.

Once I’ve received your parcel I will try my best to process your refund within 3 – 5 working days. I will send you an email to let you know once this has been done.

Please note that it may take a further 5-10 days for your bank to process the refund, this is unfortunately out of my control.

A Packing Note/Returns Slip will be included with your delivery, or you can contact me and I will provide you with one. This can be sent to you via email for you to print at home or I can post one out to you, whichever you prefer.
